Far from being neutral, this Beluga Noble has plenty of nuance about it from not being filtered to death. There's a gentle, but persistent, array of aromas and flavours on show ranging from oats and milk thistle, through delicate honey sweetness to hints of lively spice on the finish. One to be savoured neat, although equally adept as the working part of something more exotic.
